SADUAL – REISA Dual Registration Sales and Property Management
Online
(SADUAL Online)
This comprehensive dual outcome program is designed for those seeking to work for a South Australian Land Agent in a variety of roles, including Sales, Property Management, Buyer’s Agent, and Business Broking. Developed in partnership with REISA and delivered by the REIQ (RTO 5420), this course meets South Australian licensing requirements and equips students with the skills and knowledge to obtain two licences in one: Sales Representative and Property Manager.
The course consists of 28 nationally recognised units, which also meets the requirements of the nationally recognised qualification CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. The program is delivered online, offering maximum flexibility with a 12-month standard enrolment period. You can study at your own pace—progress quickly or take your time—and extensions are available if life gets in the way.
The course is offered as an Online Bundle & Save deal for $3,000, saving you $400 off the full price of purchasing the Sales and Property Manager registrations separately. Whether you're entering the industry or expanding your skillset, this dual licence pathway opens doors to diverse career opportunities within real estate in South Australia.
