The REIQ offers the Commercial Sales Essentials Program to both newcomers and existing professionals seeking to establish and continuously develop their skills as commercial specialists. The Commercial Sales series is designed to provide a solid basis of skills and knowledge that can be used as a reference guide for your career in the commercial sector.

Introduction

Commencing with an Introduction to commercial and industrial property management, this program includes Prospecting, Inspecting, Proposals, Submissions, Pricing, Marketing, Appointment Form 6, Lease negotiation, Sales, Contracts and Client Communication.

The program is delivered online in our innovative new delivery approach: Offering students hands-on guidance from the comfort of their homes through live online classes, once a week for three weeks with six months access to online resources. At the successful completion of this program students will be issued with a Certificate of Completion.

Jason brings three decades of extensive experience across property sales, management, development, and asset management. His clients include major accounting firms, banking corporations, and government departments. Jason has previously owned and operated his own Ray White franchise and later worked as general manager of a development company specialising in master-planned projects. His deep insights and practical knowledge make these courses an invaluable experience for anyone looking to excel in commercial real estate.

Target Audience

Students must hold a Real Estate Registration or Full Licence to enrol into this program.
Participants will gain insights into the mindset of their clients, enabling them to provide the best possible service.

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • essential aspects of commercial real estate
  • prospecting for listings
  • developing a client base
  • defining market opportunities

Learning Methods

  • Duration: Three-week schedule of immersive classes six months of online learning resources.
  • Format: Practical, online interactive class delivery designed for immediate application, supplemented by continuous online support. One class per week (9am-12pm Wednesdays) commencing 15 October 2025.
  • Instructor: Jason Luckhardt, who brings three decades of extensive experience across property sales, management, development, and asset management.
  • Cost: $700 (Includes access to exclusive networking events and certification upon completion).

Our online interactive option offers students hands-on guidance through live classes, meeting once a week for three weeks. All sessions are recorded, allowing students to catch up on any classes they miss.
