This course provides essential skills and knowledge for managing and evaluating agency teams within the property industry. Participants will learn how to effectively oversee team performance, assess team dynamics, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and achieve
organizational goals. Key areas include leadership techniques, performance metrics, conflict resolution, and team-building strategies.
1: Determine Team Requirements

  • Analyse and document the specific needs, functions and requirements for your team
  • Set, establish and record key performance indicators and Responsibilities for each team member
  • Design and outline the structure and team plans to optimize workflow and collaboration
  • Assign resources to help teams meet their KPIs and support overall agency goals.
2: Implement Strategies to Manage Teams
  • Communicate the agency's standards, culture, targets, and individual responsibilities effectively to all team members.
  • Foster open communication within and across teams while promoting balanced participation in discussions and activities.
  • Negotiate work roles to balance team objectives, job requirements, and the unique strengths and differences of team members.
3: Manage Team Performance
